Placing that child into foster care will cause more damage and harm to his health. That child (Alexander)will become emotional distress and will seek food for his answer. Instead of putting the parent in jail, they should have provided the mother with parenting classes, as well as,a cooking course for the entire family. They should also have the child attend a health program after school. The program should consist of exercising, education on health, and the importance of intake on food for at least three hours per day until there is an improvement in his weight(weight loss).
